86 KENANGA INVESTMENT BANK BERHAD EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT The Group strives to create a workplace where employees are informed and engaged. Some of the employee engagement platforms are presented in the table below. SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT Social Method Description Frequency E-MAILER Coined “K-News”, this internal platform is used to share Group information on business achievements, announcements and product-related news. At least twice a month ON-GROUND EVENTS We host on-ground events, which are open to all employees, with some extended to their family members as well. Examples include festive celebrations, fraud awareness week, family day, family movie screening and Founder’s Day. At least ve (5) events a year SPORTS AND GAMES Employees participate in various sports and games throughout the year to win the Tengku Noor Zakiah (Founder’s) Cup and prizes. Five (5) sports events and two (2) games activities EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERISM AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH Employees are encouraged to participate in the various community initiatives such as a blood donation drive, charity runs, donation drives and home visits. More details on page 87 to 89 of this annual report. At least four (4) events a year POSTERS Posters are displayed with the latest announcements, product updates and events. At least once a month SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS Latest events and news are published on our corporate website, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
