We recruit and develop employees with specific leadership competencies in mind. There are four (4) categories of programmes and courses we deliver to employees. Sought-After Leadership Traits The Group’s training and development initiatives are aligned with its business needs, regulatory requirements, industry competency standards and people development principles. Focusing on priority training programmes allows us to offer relevant and impactful courses to employees that contribute to the Group’s progress while fulfilling their professional and personal development needs. LEADERSHIP Courses that provide managers with competencies to execute the Group’s strategy through building alignment, winning mindshare and improving the capabilities of others. FUNCTIONAL Technical and/ or practical-based courses that improve technical competencies including accredited courses with certifications or professional qualifications warranted by job roles. PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS Courses that provide tools that enhance employees’ personal competencies through self-improvement and the best use of their resources.
