81 ANNUAL REPORT 2018 ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS Earth Hour Earth Hour is a worldwide movement organised by the World Wide Fund for Nature (“ WWF ”). It encourages individuals, communities, households and business to turn off their lights for one (1) hour each year to show their commitment to the planet. This year marks the Group’s tenth (10 th ) year supporting this action against energy waste. All non-essential lights and signages on the Group’s premises were switched off for one (1) hour on 24 March 2018. All employees were encouraged to support this cause at their work area and in their respective homes. The #GreenAtWork campaign was awarded Gold, for Best Event (Internal) at the Regional Marketing Event Awards 2018. The Awards is an annual event that recognises excellence in event marketing with over a hundred (100) submissions across Southeast Asia, South Asia and Australia and New Zealand regions. #GreenAtWork We celebrated World Earth Day through a month-long environmental campaign.
