Our commitment to these standards is reflected in our Group’s Code of Ethics and Conduct for Employees. In accordance with the principles outlined in the UNGC, we recognise our obligation to respect human and labour rights. We are committed to treating all employees with respect and providing equal opportunities for professional success, regardless of their race, religion, gender, age, nationality and physical challenges. At Kenanga, we have zero tolerance for any violation of human rights, including forced and compulsory labour, child labour, and discrimination at our workplace. Our hiring procedures abide by the local laws in establishing the minimum age for employment. We are in the process of developing a Group Human Rights Policy that will cover our current practices in protecting human rights and strengthening our commitment to upholding these principles throughout our business operations.
