Our Approach to Sustainability Governance Establishing a sustainability governance structure with clearly defined roles and responsibilites is paramount to ensure accountability and effectiveness in execution of sustainability initiatives within the Group. As the Group’s highest governing body, the Board of Directors drives the overarching leadership, strategy, and oversight of the Group’s ESG approach to risks and opportunities, supported by the relevant committees including Group Governance, Nomination & Compensation Committee, Audit Committee, Group Board Risk Committee, Group Risk Committee as well as Group Sustainability Management Committee and supported by Business Divisions & Operations.
