BOARD COMPOSITION The Board of KIBB currently comprises nine (9) Directors, with five (5) Independent Non-Executive Directors (“ INED ”) and four (4) Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors (“ NINED ”). The profile of each Director is available in this annual report. Board and Board Committee Meetings The Board is scheduled to meet ten (10) times a year with special Board meetings convened as and when necessary to consider urgent proposals or matters that require the Board’s expeditious review and consideration. All Directors attended more than 75% of Board meetings held during the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2018.
